Hi all!
I've been getting a few questions about this blog, and why I haven't updated it in so long. Long story short, since my last post, I've gotten married and started a new job that has me working up to 14 hours a day at times! So any time that I'm not working, I try to spend with my husband. I haven't hardly logged on to SL more than a couple times in the past 6 or 7 months. It's been crazy! Thanks to those of you who have commented about my blog and supported it, but (unfortunately) I don't think I'll have much time for a long, long while to update it. So consider this blog (at least temporarily) closed. You are all awesome! Thanks again, and take care everyone. :)

I'd like to take this opportunity to brag about my loverly new skin, Emmie.

Only $1L for the next, oh 4 hours or so! So sorry for the short notice. ;] I actually posted a notice in the Free*Style group about 20 hours ago, no worries. I'm a nice person after all. I must say, I'm really liking this skin... Is that vain...? Oh well! I just love it. The thick, black eyeshadow. The shiny-ness. The beauty mark. Yum. TP to Bazy for this skin + more.

Vette's Boutique is giving out this adorable 'Burgess' outfit as well - go go go! edit: Okay, I guess I'm late to post this outfit, because I can't find it at Vette's Boutique. She is, however, giving out the following daisy shirt for free, a long with a couple of other things. Score!

I have so much to post, it's ridiculous. Literally. Ridiculous. I probably won't even post all of it, simply because I am L-A-Z-Y. And to further prove that point, I will shortly explain this post and then finish it off with, oh, 20+ pictures. Yay!

So, this is apparently very old news, but it's new to me (and therefore hopefully new to someone else as well.) One of my all-time favorite clothing stores, Nylon Outfitters, has a big and delicious and sumptuous freebie... treasure-trove of tastiness. In other words, I noticed (finally) the freebie sign on the wall, paid $1L, and consequentially, I was rewarded with many, many beautiful pieces of apparel (among other things, including a groovy disco ball.) Having said all that, here is only SOME of what I found:

I'm back earlier than I had thought I would be, with a few globs of gleaming freebie joyfulness! Yummm.

First up, an adorable pleated trench coat by First Impressions.

On the same wall, there's another surprise: a supa fiiiine free shape.

Last but not least, there is a sexy set of furniture available for free from Digital Dragon. I'm not sure how long this will last, so go snatch it up while it's available:

Clearly, I thought my previous post would be the last of its kind, at least for a couple of days... but no such luck! I just had to stumble across one last place before leaving the blog and heading to bed: Double Paradox (DP), aka... Yumyum?

I don't quite remember how I found this store, but I'm glad I did -- not only did I find a few freebies, but I found some great cheapies as well.

The pants, blouse, and belt are all from this store.

This post isn't too Christmas-y, but hopefully the free gifties will make up for the lack of sugarplums and joyfulness!

Rummaging around Caribe today, I noticed some freebie earrings outside of Juicy. I quickly snatched them up and outfitted myself with my newfound bundles of green and yellow happiness, hanging from each ear... Cheese, anyone?
Really though, a great deal (how much better can you get?) for some great earrings - what more can a girl ask for?

(sorry, it's actually a terrible picture of the earrings. hmph.)

I've decided that this blog is going to (99% of the time) consist of freebies. It's just so much more fun that way, don't you think? Here are a few shmexy things I've found recently. (Some may be old news to frequent SL-Freebie-Blog visitors, but they're 'new' news to me!)

A $1L gift box found outside Decollage contains headbands, head scarves, marshmallows on a stick, mermaid fins, etc. This is my favorite head scarf found in the box. It even flows around as you move!

Next up, Tesla has a few great freebies! I love the Mary-Jane shoes, seen below:

And her new Christmas boots were just released- get 'em while they still-- well, make sense!

On the subject of shoes, Viva has had some adorable [free] Froggie shoes up for grabs. These are some of my all-time favorite shoes to wear:
